WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
I’ve a love for creating physical things and working in a STEM related sector allows me to do that. I’m also passionate about how the construction industry can continuously improve peoples lives by virtue of the built environment it designs, creates and maintains.
HOW DO YOU CELEBRATE WOMEN IN STEM?
I encourage and support all initiatives that facilitate the rapid growth of women in STEM.
WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD BE DONE TO ENCOURAGE MORE GENDER DIVERSITY WITHIN STEM?
We need to work harder at attracting women into STEM at junior school age and also we need to change the stereotypical views of their mentors so that they can be the ones that paint a more positive picture of the opportunity .

We need to continuously raise awareness and support for this important factor, to bring about the rapid change that’s needed.
