Sotira is a Senior Structural Engineer & a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. She is a passionate STEM Ambassador & the Women’s Engineering Society South Coast Cluster Co-ordinator, Vice Chair of WES Early Careers Board & Mentoring Coordinator.
ELENA C. MATA SANJURJO
Elena is a Computer Engineer, with years of experience leading IT projects & application support areas with a passion to bring more women into STEM careers. She runs a Spanish LinkedIn group: "Mujeres en Stem" to promote the presence of women in STEM careers globally.

Stella is a certified STEM ambassador who believes in equal opportunity accessible education. She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical engineering from the University of Sheffield & works as a Knowledge Transfer research associate focusing on non-linear materials for quantum applications.

Cristina is an Early Stage Researcher & PhD student at Imperial College London. When she is not in the lab, she nourishes her passion for science communication & outreach. She is also a passionate advocate for Women in STEM & mental health in Academia.

With a PhD in Plant ecological genomics, population ecology & evolutionary ecology, Jaishree has c.10 years of experience in scientific research. She has a passion for helping more women enter STEAM fields and has worked with various NGOs in India & internationally.

Marta is a Remote Sensing Scientist with an electronic engineering background. She works on European Earth Observation projects for atmospheric purposes. She believes in equality and she is passionate about raising awareness about the gender gap in STEM fields.

Gargi is Host & Founder of "Anukarniya: The role models" Podcast series which is supported by 1MWIS & MENSA India. The podcast hopes to encourage girls to pursue STEM careers by providing access to experts in the field.

Margaux is a Machine Learning Engineer. Her current projects focus on the application of AI to lumber grading and has recently served as a Publication Chair for CVPR. She is a strong advocate for women and LGBTQ+ in STEM.
