I chose this field because it allowed me to be creative and technology changes fast. There is always something new to work on or learn about. Whether it's a new approach or new technology has been created, there really isn't a dull moment. In this industry, it allows me to be able to "create my own destiny".

Best advice for next generation?

There will always be obstacles, there will always be something you may feel that you are not ready to tackle but go for it. Anything you wish to see, you can create and build. You don't have to wait, ask permission or seek validation to do amazing things.
