WHAT DO YOU DO?
I am a medical doctor in training with one year left before starting residency and getting my degree
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I have had a skin condition for years and after seeing 25 different doctors I wanted to be the doctor to help children like me going through their skin conditions
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
Making it to medical school and helping kids like me know that their skin is not their defining feature
WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
because it allows for me to make advancements for society and am looking forward to making more changes in the lives of kids like me
