I've always been curious about people, but didn't really expect to end up working in HR/Recruitment - I had originally wanted to be a Doctor, so was STEM oriented in my education choices. I went on to study Psychology at University and fell into recruitment shortly after. My background in sciences meant I specialised in recruiting for Pharmaceutical Clinical research, before generalising out across a number of other sectors. I was fortunate a little over a year ago to see the opportunity to work with a company in the Space sector and get to put my stamp on their processes and hiring from the inside as their internal recruitment manager.
