I'm a Subject Matter Expert & Architect for Microsoft Endpoint Manager, which comprises of Microsoft ConfigMgr & Intune for Windows.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I was told it was not for me because it was a male-dominated industry. And so the challenge began.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
None. I've been a strong believer of anything is possible once you put your effort and determination towards it.
WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
My career has been so diverse due to technology being a fast-paced industry. I love being able to Learn to up-skill myself, Teach my customers, and Create innovative products and solutions.
BEST ADVICE FOR NEXT GENERATION?
Own your voice & believe in yourself - This will give you the confidence to excel in what is still a male-dominated industry. Don't be afraid to stand apart from the crowd.
