You will always make a difference as long as you're interested in what you do.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

I'm investigating how to identify and develop novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for pregnancy complications to identify the patients as early as possible.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?

As a mother and a scientist, I have been always inspired by my own experiences in life. And thinking about mothers/mothers-to-be that may suffer during their pregnancy journey is very disturbing. Any hope that may research provide to those females can make a huge difference to their lives and their families life. Ultimately, I would love to provide this hope to all sufferers.

WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"

I now believe that any addition to our knowledge will definitely make a huge difference to someone's life. So, never underestimate your contribution!!

WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?

I love discovering and exploring new things. I like being waiting for some experiments results that may change my view to the project.

BEST ADVICE FOR NEXT GENERATION?

You will always make a difference as long as you're interested on what you do.
