WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I knew I wanted to be involved with technology, but I did not want to code 24/7 (I realized this after taking a programming class in high school). I loved math in school and solving problems and I decided to study Industrial and Systems Engineering. After getting internships in different industries and different roles, I knew I wanted to be in Technology. Thanks to peer metors, organizations like SHPE & SWE, support from my family and friends, I made it! Tech is the fastest evolving industry. I am now part of the change of the actualizations of old processes, technologies, and cultures.
