What do you do?
My research focus on development advanced materials for innovative photovoltaic devices which can be efficient, cheap and environmentally friendly, for a green energy transition.
Why did you choose this field?
As engineer, by background, my interest focuses on applied research targeting relevant problems for the society and the environment. Finding new effective solutions for green energy attracted me since I did my last year of PhD in Physics at Oxford University.
What do you look at and think, "I wish younger me would have known this was possible"?
Pursue the ideas, be stronger in what you believe and test it. Never stay in your confort zone, explore more!

Possibility to translate my research into application for a better world.

Believe in yourself, create your profile, get people to know you, increase your visibility, become expert in your field, chose good mentors.
