What do you do?

I am a Revenue Assurance data Analyst, Tech Enthusiast finding Data insights for business and embedding design thinking for solutions, Using AI for human good and a strong believer in Ethical AI.

Why did you choose this field?

Data is the backbone to business insights and how the data is transformed and showcased using Visualisation is possible only through data and business Analytics. My interest in exploring computer science has given me an edge to learn latest digital technologies with enthusiasm to build Responsible and Ethical AI solutions for human good.

What do you look at and think, "I wish younger me would have known this was possible"?

My Data Analysis and design thinking skills which bring a difference to business insights. My innovation ideas in the world of AI which I am currently creating along with my compassion to teach technical skills to University students and mentoring specially abled children, I wish a younger me would have thought it is possible.

Why do you love working in STEM?

I love working in STEM because this has helped me grow in my career path, opportunities to work with global leaders, explore and implement digital innovative ideas, mentoring people for their career goals and inspiring people through a life STEM has helped me to give overcoming all the gender bias and a feel good Factor. I look forward to building responsible and ethical AI based solutions for creating more jobs for human good.

Best advice for next generation?

Push yourself and never fear. Focus and skill yourself in latest technology and participate in all avenues available for STEM, explore and inspire others. No one can stop you other than yourself. Power is within.
