I’ve always loved science and the natural world for as long as I can remember.

We get new species that have their DNA barcoded, and I take images of specimens to represent that species.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I have a degree in zoology and I’ve always had an interest to peruse ecology.

To be in my current job, considering the difficulties I had in academia I didn’t think it would be possible but it is!

I’ve always loved science and the natural world for as long as I can remember. I love waking up knowing I get to do science and contribute to biodiversity conservation.
