WHAT DO YOU DO?

I work with creating practical AI solutions for E-commerce companies and currently also working on building a customized AI platform helping large global enterprises implement specific vertical targeted products aided with latest ML and deep learning innovations.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?

I took CS course in high-school and created a mini website for a project and since then I haven't looked back. The power of code and design inspired me to take up STEM as a field of study and learn new technologies to create technology to make a difference.

WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"

It was only in class 11th that I discovered the world of coding, design, game development and ML much later. I wish I had the exposure and encouragement to put myself out there. I wish I had known about blogging and power of networking too.

WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?

Technology is ever changing and helps me live and work on the cutting edge. Science and technology pushes my understanding of the universe and gives me a chance to contribute to building the future. I wake up looking forward to learning something new and creating something for the social good. I love experimenting with new things be it creating a web page or a 3D game. It feels great to be able to see yourself learn and grow each day and move closer towards what you had always wanted to do!!

BEST ADVICE FOR NEXT GENERATION?

My advice for women wanting to enter the STEM field would be to believe in their dreams and not be afraid to put themselves out in the world. The best advice I got was that it’s okay to feel uncomfortable and try things that you’ve never done before, coz you never know, you might actually love it!!
Keep Learning each day and grow your skills. The world of STEM is amazing and if you try it you'll love every piece of it

INSPO / FUN FACT

If you start the race with everyone and come first, the audience will clap you. But if you start the race when everyone finishes their half mark and still come first, the game will clap you.
