I am responsible for improving the quality of delivery of oil & gas well completion projects, developing talents, and promoting higher levels of engagement and internal alignment to sustain solid performance in an increasingly competitive and dynamic marketplace.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
Keenly passionate about solving the global energy challenge(s), as well as accelerating progress on sustainable development, gender equality, and youth engagement. I am also interested in cultivating the next generation of female scientists, technologists, engineers, mathematicians and transformative leaders. A personal experience at 8 sparked my interest in the energy industry.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
Have the courage to speak up for myself and others who do not yet use their voices. I realized I had solutions to some of the challenges faced at home/workplace, and all I needed to do was speak up, to influence positive changes.
