WHAT DO YOU DO?
I am involving in researches that aim to reduce post-harvest loss in developing countries and getting purified drinking water at a low cost. I published my undergraduate research project in ACS which is giving a solution for post-harvest loss in developing countries like Sri Lanka.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
My passion is entirely for research. When I published my undergraduate research in ACS publications, I was really excited and it paves the pathway for new research ideas that hidden inside me. My supervisors Prof. Nilwala Kottegoda & Dr. Imalka Munaweera helped me immensely in my research life.
