WHAT DO YOU DO?
I am working as a Quality Engineer and main aim is to deliver high quality assurance of the product delivered. My daily work consists of specification and requirements analysis on which are going to be based future test scripts, to ensure that the product met with client expectations. I am working in a team together with Functional Designer, Srcum Master Developers, QA Engineers to develop, test strategies, plan and delivery of high quality product.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I am always searching for some challenges and opportunities to grow and develop. By a chance I decided to try myself in IT field and to see how far can I go. It is always hard to start something new especially something you are not familiar with, but if you are highly motivated then there is no limits for you. It always seems impossible until it's done. And when you realize how powerful you are then your willingness to grow and abilities becomes bigger with every day. Working in IT is a great possibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis because every day you learn something new.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
I wish that younger me could be more confident and not afraid of a failure. That you should not limit yourself since there are so many directions in which you can prove yourself. And if something goes wrong, then do not need to give up, good results asks a bit of patience and love towards the things you do.
WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
You will never know until you try. I could not imagine before how exciting it could be to work in IT field. Among my friends there are so many girls who think that IT is boring and complicated, so for me it is a pleasure to be a father figure for them by breaking stereotypes and show how it is interesting to work in this field and there is no limits to try yourself in new beginnings. And I always will be near to support them.
BEST ADVICE FOR NEXT GENERATION?
Be brave and decisive, you are the ones who can change our world and bring some new and modern technologies which could makes millions of lifes better.
