I design and implement digital transformation in the Human Resources and Performance Management space for companies. We equip leaders with the power of technology and analytics to draw valuable and actionable insights from their workforce. Their workforce is their currency!
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I like to this of us as tech enablers. A lot of modern organisations still use conventional pen and paper methods to create processes and reports which delays the decision making process. In this digital age, I believe everyone should have technology that's easily accessible and simple to use.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
The technology consulting space is majorly dominated by men and I always thought it would take me several years before I could assume sole ownership of tasks. However, through offering to take charge- I was successfully deployed to work on a project as a track lead and am also the youngest person on my team to work on technical pitches.
WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
I love what I do because each day we handhold more people from varied age groups to move out of their comfort zones, train them to navigate a technology enabled system and appreciate the simplicity
