I help companies hire better talent using Digital and Social.

Why did you choose this field?

I completed PG program in Human Resource Management. I took a stretch assignment at IBM on Enterprise Social Media Adoption as Country Lead. It was a volunteer leadership role that prepared me for the next role.

What do you look at and think, "I wish younger me would have known this was possible"?

I earned Most Valuable Ambassador award for my contributions at IBM Just keep doing the right thing and eventually your efforts will be rewarded. Take care of your present, luck is when opportunity meets preparedness.

Why do you love working in STEM?

I am technology savvy so learning about new technologies trends excite me. There will be new jobs in the space of Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Analytics, DataScience, IT Security. And I look forward to making a difference everyday at work.

Best advice for next generation?

STEM is a highly rewarding and interesting career option. Grit is the determining factor for long term success in life. Be gritty. Choose to learn STEM at high school and college to get the foundations right.
