WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a delivery head and director of Operations, I lead a team who leads and helps customers not only successful but also significant. I have a world class team who leads IT and Business engagements for various customers and care deeply about customer’s long term success. Recognizing and developing talent is my passion.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I find joy in what I do. The joy and sense of accomplishment I see in the team and with the customer when their dream/goal comes to reality excites me. I find pure joy in talent development.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
Younger me would have loved to know that I am equally capable and eligible and respectable as any other man in the room. Younger me should have known that I can climb any career ladder just like any other person, could have voiced my opinion like any other person in the room.
WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
I want to help others, talent development is my passion. Asking with that I want to learn from others. There is a lot to learn from the younger generation out there, more importantly there is a lot to unlearn. Sharing my experiences and getting others experiences will be exciting.
BEST ADVICE FOR NEXT GENERATION?
I would like to encourage the next generation of girls to put efforts in finding your passion. Everyone of us came to this world for a specific purpose, identifying it is not hard. Are you enjoying what you are doing is a simple check, are you looking forward for the next morning to get up and pursue your passion?
