WHAT DO YOU DO?
I maintain the Airbus A400M to support RAF operations. From something simple like topping up oils, changing a wheel to changing an engine, troubleshooting and doing high power engine runs
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I started flying gliders age 10 so have grown up surrounded by aircraft. Though I wanted to be an airline pilot originally there weren't any scholarships at the time, so I went into engineering instead. I don't regret my decision at all as I love my job now
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
To inspire others into aviation and engineering. To know my voice has been heard, appreciated and has had a positive impact on someone else
