WHAT DO YOU DO?
In addition to my work as a teacher at the university, I also work as a researcher and project manager interested in the field of nanotechnology.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
I chose this field and work to develop it continuously because it has a great role in the applications and solving of life problems, the most important of which are the problems of environmental pollution, especially water.
When I started studying for a master’s degree in 2007, I was completely ignorant of the problem of water pollution with minerals and organic pollutants. The supervisor of the study transferred me from one world to another when he told me daily (Focus on this research point, you don’t know a day may come when the solution to the problem will be on your hand !!!)
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
Exploiting time in building and developing scientific capabilities, no matter how frustrated and discouraging the surrounding you, in the end, only the right thing is correct.
The level of education that you have can face all kinds of troubles.
WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
Working in STEM is interesting because it makes women fully aware of all life's problems and can participate in finding solutions to them.
BEST ADVICE FOR NEXT GENERATION?
Future solutions will be in the hands of young people. I encourage all girls to be interested in multiple fields of science.
