I direct and control all business operations. I give strategic guidance and direction to employees to ensure that the company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS FIELD?
My high school Mathematics teacher wanted me to try out construction because i was good in Math. I did, and i have loved it ever since.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT & THINK, "I WISH YOUNGER ME WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS POSSIBLE?"
Being a company owner at age 22. I never thought it was possible
WHY DO YOU LOVE WORKING IN STEM?
Construction is my passion. Running my own construction company is my purpose. I get to do something I love everyday it does not even feel like a job. I want to learn and improve everyday. It has brought me so much joy in life.
